TradingLabs Installation Guide (Step-by-step)

In this article, we will walk through the installation guide of the TradingLabs Application step-by-step with screenshots attached for seamingless installation process. The installation is easy and should not take more than a few clicks.

Please beware that TradingLabs runs only on Windows OS with MetaTrader 5 platform.

1. Dowload TradingLabs.exe file here.

2. Open the file TradingLabs.exe.

3. Setup the MetaTrader 5 path:

The app will prompt you to setup the path only once at the initial setup. You can change the path anytime in the Settings later.

4. Find the MT5 path. The location is usually in Disk C - Program Files. If the location is elsewhere on the computer, you can still link the platform to connect to the TradingLabs, just find the terminal64.exe file:

Step 1: Access the local disc C:

Step 2: Choose the "Program Files" folder

Step 3: Find the MT5 folder, such as the one below

Step 4: Find the "terminal64.exe" file

5. Set the Server Port

You can set the Server Port to any number between 5000-9999.

6. First launch

Once you click "Save & Continue", the app will open the MetaTrader 5 platform and data will start to fetch into the TradingLabs App. If there is no trading account active in the trading platform, TradingLabs won’t load any information, so make sure you are logged in.

The app was also designed to only interpret your data in a statistical overview and does not contain any orders or features that could execute any trades on your account.
