This Privacy Policy explains how ATJ Traders s.r.o. (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes personal data when you use the TradingLabs App.
We comply with:

  • EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

  • UK GDPR

  • California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA)

  • Colorado Privacy Act (CPA)

  • Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA)

  • Other applicable international privacy laws
     

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Data Processed Locally (Not Sent to Us)

The following data is processed exclusively on your device (“local host”) and is never transmitted to our servers:

  • MT5 login number (no passwords)

  • MT5 account balance, equity, margin

  • Trade history and metadata (open/close time, symbol, prices, volume, swap, commission, P&L)

  • User-created journal notes

  • Dashboard metrics and statistical analyses
     

2.2 Data We May Collect (With Consent)

We may collect only non-identifiable or pseudonymized data, such as:

  • App usage statistics

  • Crash logs and error reports

  • Device specifications (operating system, version, hardware profile)

  • Marketing analytics (e.g., feature usage frequency)
     

We do not collect:

  • MT5 passwords

  • Sensitive financial data (account balances, trade data), unless specifically consented to

  • Names, addresses, or contact information unless provided voluntarily
     

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

We process data based on:

  • Consent (Article 6(1)(a))

  • Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): improving app performance, preventing abuse

  • Contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b)): providing app functionality
     

4. How We Use the Data

We use collected data to:

  • Improve app performance and stability

  • Diagnose bugs

  • Conduct aggregated statistical analysis

  • Enhance user experience

  • Develop new features
     

We do not sell personal data.

  • Local-only storage for MT5 data

  • No cloud transmission without consent

We do not share personal data with third parties except:

  • Service providers for analytics or crash reporting (pseudonymized data only)

  • When required by law or regulatory authorities

  • If necessary to enforce our Terms & Conditions
     

We do not sell data under CCPA/CPRA definitions.

If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we use:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)

  • Adequacy decisions where applicable
     

8. Data Retention

Locally processed MT5 data is stored until the User deletes it or uninstalls the App.
Analytics and diagnostic data are retained only as long as necessary for the purposes collected.

You have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate data

  • Delete your data

  • Withdraw consent

The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
